Mwezi can seem a cool, distant presence upon first meeting. She relies often on her keen sense for people, and their inevitable transparency, to gain an impression of a person before she proceeds. This approach is something she leans on in combat and in conversation -- Mwezi has a very keen eye. Her devotion to detail has served her very well over the years, thank you -- but so has her veritable warmth. The cool exterior that she adopts during scrutiny is far from her core. The panther is, at the end of the day, very affectionate, familiar, and benevolent to those she cares for. But goddess help those who would attempt to cross them, or the young woman herself. Mwezi's sharp mind enables her to stay one step ahead of those she views as her opposition. Her tenacity becomes very lethal, and her ability to lend herself completely to her detached and cold-hearted nature can be terrifying.

History: 

The young panther's youth is a mixed collage of joy and pain, as most would be during times like this. There is still beauty during carnage, and among family and friends, Mwezi was never deprived of love as a child. It may have been a strict and austere love at times, but she still believes it shaped her into the strong woman she is today. Mwezi and her twin sibling were raised by their mother and paternal aunt, in a lively, close-knit, and protected area in the capital. Her father, a career soldier, was taken out during a skirmish when the two were still warm in their mother's womb -- she grew up hearing stories of his bravery and dedication, awed by the man whose deep laugh and bright smile she had inherited, but would never get the pleasure to meet. Her mother loved her father very much, and still does to this day. She still cries for him when she thinks her children can't hear or see. Her auntie had also been instrumental in the young kit's indoctrination against the enemy, filling her head with heroic stories of her father and insisting in Mwezi's eventual combat training. When the panther's beloved Auntie met the same fate as her brother during duty, the adolescent cat resolved in her mission to follow in their footsteps. Mwezi is a dedicated dancer, trained classically in ballet from a very young age, but taking pure delight in any kind of expressive movement (catch her under the pulsing lights of your local dance club on any given weekend). This training came very much in handy when it was time to honor her late father and aunt, and her movements remain lyrical despite their lethality.

Don't mistake this devotion to cause to shine morbidity onto her daily interactions. Mwezi still clings to the vibrance and communal warmth of life. She adores and dotes on her friends and lovers, and is very close with her remaining family. House Akachi will ever remain a pillar of dominating light in dark times.

- Mwezi's twin sibling is named Milo, and they are very close -- the two can hardly bear living apart, and frequently wake up to find the other had come over during the night, curled up alongside them.
- She has a very rich alto voice, and her laugh is DEEP and genuine. The kind that makes you smile to overhear.
- Mwezi is expected to take on the role of Alpha for House Akachi once her mother passes. It is a role she will be exceedingly proud to bear, no matter how small her house may be.
- She has a scar on her right ear; a little nick that was taken out by her auntie during early knife training.
